More evidence of Spring...

Not only is my house getting painted, my garden is starting to take shape again... (house photos coming soon, they are still finishing it today)

But in the meantime, from my garden.... a few early signs of spring:

Apricot blossoms:

Tulips:

And my African daisy came back (I thought I had killed it from neglect):

  1. Blooming fruit trees are so pretty. Took a few pics of mine this morning. My apricot is a little ahead of yours, like it was last year, with a ton of little fruits on it.
However, all my bulbs are behind yours, maybe cause they're in deeper shade. (?) I tore out the huge lavender in front and the large purple whatever it was right there when you get out of the car. Need to get something else in but terribly unmotivated lately. That tulip is pretty.

    1. I think you have an earlier fruiting variety of apricot than I do too. It's nice to have fruit the whole run of summer though!

  2. Oh it's lovely to see the tulips up already ... ours are a month away yet. But the daffodils are starting to show their faces .... Isn't great to see a bit of colour coming back into the world.

    1. I totally forgot to plant daffodils last winter! The few we used to have aren't coming back anymore. Gotta put it on my calendar for next winter! I love Spring flowers!

  3. I don't think you can kill African daisies... The tulips are gorgeous!

    1. Kathryn you would be surprised what I can kill in my garden! LOL But I like mine so am happy they are coming back. More red tulips coming up now. Next year I need to plant them closer together and more of them! I love a real thick patch of tulips!
