I believe that eating healthy, all-natural, unprocessed foods focusing on protein, healthy fats and complex carbs (meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds) while avoiding grains and most legumes, processed sugars, and artificial "pseudo" foods (nothing that comes in a box anymore) is the best way for me to stay healthy and work on getting my weight, mood, and attitude in balance.
Update: Dec. 2013: In January 2013 I will be doing the Whole 30. I will post my progress along the way.
